  • Our clinic is based out of NW Portland, Oregon in the United States.

  • We offer in-person sessions at our NW Portland, Oregon office.

  • We do not take insurance. We work on a sliding scale based on monthly resources including income from work, money you receive from disability, unemployment, inheritances, food stamps, etc.

  • We accept cash (for in-person sessions only), checks can be mailed in, or card payments are processed through PayPal.

  • If you find that you are unavailable for your regularly scheduled session, we ask that you contact your therapist with at least 24 hours notice.

  • Yes, oftentimes folks work with a therapist individually and another therapist for sessions with others.

  • Processwork, in the simplest way, is a deep study of awareness. We work with clients by following their process--meaning working with what is happening for them in the here and now. One of the principles underlying Processwork is that when there is a disturbance or issue, we go towards and into that disturbance or issue in order to get the “gold” or learning that the disturbance or issue has to offer us. One way we work is by talking together, another way we might work is by focusing on body symptoms that you are experiencing. We might work with movement, use art or mindfulness or explore different roles present in a disturbance. We might work with dreams.

  • No, we have therapists from many different Masters programs throughout the country. Most are focused in depth-psychology.
